Nora Hattauer is the Head of Financial Lines for Zurich North America, where she is responsible for the direction, management and performance of Zurich’s Financial Lines business, which offers Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability insurance solutions to publicly traded and privately held companies in varied industries.
Hattauer joined Zurich in October, 2024 and has 20+ years of experience in the D&O industry. She was previously at AIG Financial Lines for 19 years, most recently as Head of National Accounts for Management Liability at AIG Financial Lines. Earlier in her career, she was an underwriter at Chubb and St. Paul Companies (Travelers).

Hattauer serves on the board of the Southern Chapter of The Bridge Transcends. She is also a past co-chair of the PLUS D&O Symposium.
Educational background
Hattauer earned her bachelor’s from American University in Washington, DC, and received her MBA from Georgia State University.
