This is where you can find contact information regarding Coverage, Claim Adjusting, Medical Billing, Pharmacy Billing, Preauthorization or Workers’ Compensation Health Care Network for Zurich claims.

Note there are times when a Zurich Underwriting Company will allow a Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to handle claims on behalf of the insured. If the claim is handled by a TPA, you will need both the underwriting company and the TPA name to find the appropriate contact information.

To find contact information:

Select the appropriate Underwriting Company for the insured/policy holder. After you select the appropriate underwriting company, click on the appropriate claim administrator and you will find the contact information.
