Notification
Start the claim process by submitting a first notice of loss (FNOL) on the Zurich website, MyZNA, or over the phone.
Assignment
Claim acknowledgement is provided within 24 hours. Next, an adjuster is assigned to the claim.
Analysis
The adjuster reviews the claim and works with customer on any missing details. A determination is made.
Payment
If warranted, payment is provided, and the claim is closed.
