The dealership where you purchased the contract should be able to provide you with a copy of your contract(s). If your dealership is not accessible, please contact Zurich Customer Service by submitting an online inquiry or by phone at 888-835-5063.

To update your name, be prepared to provide a copy of the legal documentation of the name change.

Zurich offers coverage for most makes and models; if your vehicle is less than 15 model years old AND has less than 150,000 miles on the odometer, please submit an online inquiry to Zurich Customer Service or call 888-835-5063.

If you have traded or sold your vehicle to a dealership, you could be entitled to a refund from your dealer. Please refer to the dealership where you purchased the contract to determine if you qualify for a refund, or contact Zurich Customer Service at 888-835-5063.
Most Zurich contracts will not be affected by refinancing your loan; however, Zurich GAP Insurance only covers the original loan because it is an addendum to your financial agreement. Please contact your selling dealership to determine if you qualify for a refund or contact Zurich Customer Service at 888-835-5063.
You can request a cancellation by contacting the dealership who originally sold you the contract or contact Zurich Customer Service at 888-835-5063. You can find additional information by referring to your contract language under the section entitled Cancellation of Contract.
Cancellation refunds typically are created and issued by the Office Manager at the dealership where the contract was originally purchased. This process usually takes 4-6 weeks from the date your cancellation request is processed. If there is a lien currently on your vehicle, your refund will be sent to your lienholder and the balance will be applied toward your loan principle.
