Zurich’s F&I Claims team

Our F&I Claims specialists average over 15 years of experience in the automotive sector. In addition to holding degrees in Automotive Technology, many of our professionals hold ASE certifications (including Master Certifications), have had factory training for most makes of vehicles, and have Service and Parts department experience within dealerships.

We also have professionals with specialized product experience, including factory training on hybrid and electric vehicles, and we have a dedicated powersports group. We consistently build on our knowledge base through instructor-led courses, technical training manuals, and other resources to stay on top of the ever-changing automotive technology landscape.

Our team brings a valuable combination of in-depth technical and business knowledge to their work. We work to process claims effectively and efficiently, getting your customers back on the road as quickly as possible.

Knowing how pivotal our F&I products and services are to our dealer customers, we developed an innovative digital F&I claims processing platform, Zurich Online Claims, accessible through My Zurich Navigator.
