How we’re working to advance progress
Our Zurich North America Inclusion Council provides strategic direction, guidance and oversight of our inclusion and belonging efforts. It includes our CEO, other senior business and function leaders, and representatives from throughout the business.

Fostering belonging: Employee Resource Groups
Nearly one-third of our North American employees are members of at least one ERG.
ERGs host many programs each year for employees, featuring distinguished authors, speakers, industry professionals and more.
Our 10 Employee Resource Groups focus on fostering belonging and providing insights to the business:
ERGs contribute to our communities through volunteering and fundraising for nonprofits. The Z Zurich Foundation matches eligible donations at 100%.
