Krishna Lynch is Manager of Field Operations, Large Casualty - Midwest Region, for Risk Engineering at Zurich North America. Previously, she was Senior Healthcare Risk Engineering Consultant, helping Zurich customers improve their risk profile and leads initiatives that deliver Zurich’s value proposition. Throughout her 15 years in the healthcare industry, Lynch has written articles on a variety of healthcare risk management and professional liability topics, and has also provided continuing education classes and training to customers and insurance brokers on those subjects. She is an adjunct faculty member of the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Lynch holds the designation of Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Society for Health Care Risk Management. She is a member of the Metropolitan Family Services Community Board and is the Chicago co-chair of Zurich’s African Ancestry Alliance Employee Resource Group.

Educational background

Lynch has a master’s degree in jurisprudence in health law at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Illinois Wesleyan University and is a registered nurse. She is a 2018 graduate of Zurich’s International Risk Engineering program.
