David Mork, Assistant Vice President of Federal Affairs, and Tim Lynch, Assistant Vice President of State Affairs, discuss 2024 state and federal election results; current, pending and potential regulations (including the FTC’s Safeguards Rule, CARS Rule and proposed Junk Fees Rule) in the wake of those elections; cybersecurity challenges; federal tax changes, electric vehicle (EV) tax credits, legal system abuse and artificial intelligence.

This webinar was originally presented live on December 17, 2024.
