Auto dealerships have recently faced system shutdowns due to cyberattacks and IT outages that, in many instances, nearly brought their operations to a standstill. As businesses and their customers become increasingly dependent on advanced technology, risk exposures grow. The world has come to realize that when it comes to cyber threats, it’s not a question of if you will be impacted, but when.

However, with sound business resilience planning, auto dealerships and other businesses can help mitigate these impacts and strategize for better, faster recovery. In this informative webinar, Nikki Ingram, Zurich North America’s AVP, Head of Cyber Advisory Services, provides valuable insights on business resiliency in an era of growing cyber risks. Ingram discusses lessons learned from recent cyber events, best practices to prepare for resiliency, and strategic guidance for applying those practices.
