Eric Amadori joins Zurich as Head of Management Liability – Public
Head of Financial Lines Nora Hattauer says Amadori brings deep experience addressing insurance needs of publicly traded companies to his new role in Specialties.
Eric Amadori has joined Zurich North America, a leading provider of commercial insurance products and services, as the Head of Management Liability – Public, effective immediately. He will report to Head of Financial Lines Nora Hattauer.
Zurich’s Financial Lines group provides Management Liability coverages to Zurich customers that range from large publicly traded companies to privately held middle market businesses and nonprofit organizations.
“Eric comes to Zurich with over 20 years of experience underwriting and managing financial lines products," Hattauer said. “His deep technical knowledge in Management Liability will help us deliver best-in-class solutions to publicly traded companies and their brokers.”
Amadori joins a team that includes Paul Giliberto, Head of Management Liability – Private/Nonprofit. The Financial Lines team, which is part of the Specialties business unit at Zurich, offers insurance coverages such as Directors & Officers (D&O) Insurance, Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), Fiduciary Liability and Crime Insurance. The team also offers differentiated Zurich Multinational solutions including D&O coverage through International Towers by Zurich.
Amadori’s most recent position was Managing Director of the Management Professional Liability team at Markel, where he worked for 14 years. He earlier held leadership and underwriting positions at Arch Insurance and AIG.
Amadori earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
