Her areas of responsibility include Zurich Care Plus, Medical Bill Review, Medical Professional Case Review, Utilization Review, Peer Review and Nurse Case Management. In addition to her operational role, Nina supports the development and implementation of Zurich's medical management programs and tools driving Zurich’s medical thought leadership in the industry.
External appointments
Prior to joining Zurich, Nina worked for 10 years as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Nina completed her residency and two year fellowship training at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago focused in Bone Mineral Metabolism.
Educational background
She received her Medical Degree at the University of Illinois, College of Medicine and her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from Northwestern University .
