Michael Lamoureux is the Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Zurich North America. In this role, he is responsible for driving best practice and performance management of Zurich's CRM capabilities, including managing a team of relationship leaders. Lamoureux’s focus is on developing and expanding relationships with brokers and customers to help provide a truly differentiated experience and to deliver Zurich products and services. He has been with Zurich since 2007.
External appointments
Before joining Zurich, Lamoureux spent six years with ACE, managing sales and client services for ESIS. He has over thirty years of insurance and brokerage experience.
Educational background
Lamoureux earned his bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.
