Marilyn Boss is Zurich North America’s Regional Executive for the West Region. In this role, she is responsible for executing Zurich’s business strategy in the West, including delivering on growth and profitability goals, ensuring operational excellence and building strong relationships with customers and distributors. Prior to this role, Boss held several leadership roles at Marsh USA, Inc., including Pacific North Corporate Segment Leader and Seattle Office Head. She also served as a Client Executive in Marsh’s San Francisco, New York and Seattle offices during her tenure.
External appointments
Boss served as Chairwoman of the Board of the Downtown Seattle Association, an organization dedicated to providing vision and leadership on critical issues and opportunities facing Seattle’s urban core, and Chairwoman of the Washington Athletic Club.
Educational background
Boss holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Arizona State University.
