Leslie Carlson is the Head of International Insurance Services for Zurich North America, where she is responsible for leading a large dedicated team of experts who guide the broker and customer experience in placing global insurance program policies across all lines of business, anywhere in the world.

Carlson joined Zurich in 2001 after spending 3 years of dedicated consulting to Zurich and has nearly 30 years of industry experience in areas of technology, operations, legal, distribution, and international business.She is an award-winning innovative leader.  Her previous roles with Zurich include programmer/architect, business performance manager legal services, chief of staff distribution & marketing, head of process management, and head of lean management.

Educational background

Carlson earned her bachelor’s from Indiana State University in Management Information Systems and holds a Six Sigma Green belt certification.
