Jason Meador

Skills and experience

Jason Meador is the Head of Direct Markets for Zurich North America, where he is responsible for the overall strategic direction and driving profitable growth for Zurich’s insurance and warranty offerings to the automotive industry.

Meador joined Zurich North America in 2013 and most recently served as Head of Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS), Zurich North America’s crop insurance business. Prior to that, he was Head of Group Captives for U.S National Accounts. Meador also has served as Chief Operating Officer for the Alternative Markets business and Head of Strategic Execution for North America. Prior to joining Zurich, Meador was a Principal with The Boston Consulting Group, serving financial services clients. Earlier, he served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy.

Educational background

Meador holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in engineering science from the Naval Postgraduate School and Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Marquette University.
