Eric Lambert is National Customer Solutions Director for Zurich’s North America Commercial Insurance group. He works with customers, brokers and associations to assess external needs to develop service strategies with underwriting, risk engineering and claims to enable Zurich to maintain leadership in providing creative risk solutions for the industry. He works to drive strategies that save more lives/property, reduce losses and work with customers to strive for continuous improvement. He has been working in the construction industry for more than 20 years. For the past 14 years, Eric has consulted with companies and teams in the insurance industry to make zero injury culture a reality.
External appointments
He is an active committee member of American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and the Construction Industry Institute (CII). Eric has also participated in numerous construction industry roundtables and committees to learn from these groups as well as to provide input to improve the safety culture and practices of the industry. He has presented on risk and safety management improvement both at the regional and national level.
Educational background
Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing/management from Assumption College. He holds professional designations including Associate Risk Manager (ARM), Construction Risk Insurance Professional (CRIS) and Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST).
