Zurich Resilience Solutions names head of Sustainability Services for North America

Lisa Leftwich has joined Zurich Resilience Solutions as Head of Sustainability Services, a new role within the organization. Leftwich will report to Tom Fioretti, Head of Zurich Resilience Solutions North America.
Leftwich will be responsible for profitable growth for all ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) services across the business. She will manage a team that provides Environmental Sustainability Services (including Carbon Advisory), Business Resilience Services (including Business Continuity Planning and Supply Chain Management) and Workplace DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Services. She will also collaborate with the Sustainability Underwriting Office under Mark Way, Head of Sustainability Underwriting.
Since joining Zurich in 2015, Leftwich has proven to be a versatile leader with a track record of launching new capabilities, driving transformational change and delivering business results. Her most recent position was Director of Value Proposition for U.S. National Accounts. Previous roles included Chief of Staff for the former U.S. Commercial Insurance business unit and Director of Communications Services with the Internal Communications team.
Before joining Zurich, Leftwich held communications and marketing roles with manufacturing, startup and consulting organizations.

Leftwich earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Wheaton College in Illinois. She also holds the International Programs certification from Zurich and received a KAMP Leadership Award, given annually to Zurich team members who demonstrate the leadership qualities, spirit and dedication four Zurich North America colleagues who died in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
